We've checked nimbus hosting resoources regarding ram, cpu and its seems all have enough resources,I've applied some database table indexing yesterday when searching issue occured may that help in improving backend performance.But We'll contact host for sure If its going on after yesterday changes

Yes I agree and it should not too long as of now but ,This time we have also upgraded php and mysql version , and these new version are much stricter in terms of code strutcture memory uses, and mysql table indexes, Indexes that are set php 7.4 mysql may not work well in php 8.3 so we'may need to change this last night I've already changed postmeta index after this we again able to search in order section.As the nature of wordpress website we are mostly rely on third party plugin and actually don't know the replication after upgrader to php 8.3 , We can only see effect after upgradtion live
