Font Hover Effect Update

Actually we need only variable type font to show hover effect , normal font will not work
for now I have added an option for select font family between "Neue Metana and Compressa VF"
also For effect 1 font size issue is done
for effect 2 ,Styling like color,font size,line height,and font weight is working
